2. Present the Bank Draft at the Treasury Office, Bursary Department and obtain a University Official Receipt.
3. Applicant applies in writing to the Examinations and Records Officer for Transcript indicating the forwarding address and attaches a photocopy of Success Letter/Certificate, Bank  Draft and the duplicate copy of the University Official Receipt. A format of the Application Letter can be obtained at the Examinations and Records Office at no cost or files/Application Format.pdf.
4. The Applicant pays the necessary charges for delivery by Courier in accordance with the rate of the Courier Company, at the Examinations and Records Office.
